The Edzell Castle Summer House in the opposite corner of the formal gardens from the castle.
Unlike the ruined castle, the Summer House remains in good condition. The downstairs room contains benches and a circular table. At the side is a spiral staircase leading to an upstairs room, thought to have been used as a bedroom. At the back of the Summer House, outside the garden, is a door into another room which could have been a gardener's tool shed.

V3 - This shows the "back door" into the Summer House and spiral staircase, as well as an upstairs turret which is a circular room off the bedroom.
