A good choice - I think the letterbox format is very much underrated and it works really well here.

I've been away, and not online much for a couple of days...

The light catching on the shoreline houses and on the snowy tops with the mountainside between in cloud shadow makes for a dramatic and very beautiful image, Sue.
The smoke rising from a few rooftops on the left just happens to be drifting into frame rather than the opposite.......a nice wee final touch.
Beautifully exposed and presented.
R.
A great moment captured, Sue. Beautiful light. I have said it before.....you live in, or near, a most most beautiful countryside.

And we seem to be on a different upload/viewing schedule.
