Weir's all this water coming from?!

By TrevBatWCC
A couple more shots of the River Avon in Bath. I rather like the unusual shape of the weir close to Pulteney Bridge with more than usual river water flowing over it. After crossing the bridge took V1 looking back towards Pulteney, the viewpoint providing a good view of the weir. V2 was taken a few minutes earlier before crossing the bridge from the steps leading up at the right hand side of the bridge.

Single Raw images processed in Adobe Camera Raw 7, tweaked in Photomatix Pro 4 and Photoshop Elements 11.

Thanks again to everyone for your votes & comments on my previous uploads, it really is appreciated and encouraging.

Lovely late afternoon light and colour, Trev. Like the angle on v1 especially. The water certainly is high. My sort of title too GrinGrin

Two more great studies and once again different to the 'usual' tourist views. V2 catches my eye more.
Can't help noticing the title BlushBlushBlush

V1 shows off the weird weir shape better, I feel Trev. Your special brand of processing is so appropriate here.
