Richmond Bell Tower

By LexEquine
Rendered & tweaked my color image submitted 2 days ago. I think that I increased the brightness too much on the color version, and blew out the powder blue sky. I learned from that mistake. I like the monochrome image better. What do you all think? Any comments & suggestions, welcome. Thanks.

I think what ould have helped this image most would have been to get the light on the belltower rather that vehind it-- probably impossible due to the lay of the city.

Wonderful details in this bell tower and you must have had a good point of view, other wise!

A good conversion and well captured I may have been tempted to crop a little from the bottom taking away the apex of the roof at the front. That apart like the overall look to this Colin

Really like this mono version, beautifully simple and graphic, the lack of colour complements the simplicity and you have a nice range of tones.

I would definitely lose (crop/clone) the roof apex at the bottom, but what would really make it for me though would be to have the complete shadow of the little spire on the left against the roof. It's not easy to spot such nuances in the viewfinder however.
