I know that you're there!

By Lillian
Badger sniffing me out..!

Had another visit back to the badgers Thursday evening
Bit of disaster time for me, first swallowed a bug ...yuk!
then to my horror I had forgotten my tripod plate, (using 300mm prime lens and converter!! very heavy)
then coming back in dark...
tripped on tree roots, now won't be doing much walking shall we say for awhile!

So these images just balanced on the tripod head
with my friends foam cushion he was going to sit on ..Sorry

Version... I climb trees you know
when looking for food

Two very good images. I like the V1 picture. It really shows of the Badger in its natural environment doing what Badgers do when they think that there is no one watching.
Hope that the leg gets better soon.

Bug's are terrible things to eat. Not so bad if mixed with a good curry sauce. 🙄🤔😁

Lillian, you are very fortunate. The only badgers I ever see are the ones lying by the side of the road (which, I suppose, is always an indication of an otherwise healthy population .....). Very well captured.

Kind regards,
Bob

EXCELLENT: that badger is looking at me and just pleading with me to award him a floral gong, and that I am more than happy to do.
Perhaps he'll share with you, Lillian.
