Starry Night with shooting stars

By livinglevels
I took this image of the night sky, facing west, in the French Alps at La Breole on holiday in July. It wasn't until afterwards that I noticed the two shooting stars crossing the image.

They are just visible on the uploaded image, one just above the horizon and one a third of the way down from the top; both at an oblique angle sloping down from right to left.

Happy memories of a warm clear night with lots of crickets and owls in the background.
