It's so difficult to catch a good picture of that part because there's too much vapor (is the correct word?)
Yes there's too much "civilization" but with their artificial light the niagara falls in the evening offer a great show.

I agree with Leox - very difficult to get a good shot from this angle. had more luck from the boat or at night. also winter is a great time to try and capture the frozen falls.

Dag Loek, baie mooi foto. Ja, ek was daar in 1996 en toe was die hele waterval toe met ys. Dis te veel "commercialized" vir my.

That's one thing I missed up to now: Niagara Falls completely frozen. Must be very impressive. I once was there in May. Then there was still some ice left on both sides of the American Fall.
