Crab Heaven

A few years ago I was visiting a good friend who lives on the island Tortola (British Virgin Islands). There I happened upon this intriguing skeleton of a large crab in the back yard of a small restaurant.

We visited Tortola just recently and sat with local fishermen,and had a beer or three, who fished for Lobsters and Crabs .

Excellent shot - I assume that's a Fiddler crab? I seem to remember from school (all those years ago) that fiddlers had one extremely large claw for mating displays. It's amazing the useless information you remember sometimes...
