This is good and I like the quirky angle at which you've presented it.
It benefits a bit though from a tweak or two in Photoshop though.
I increased the midtone levels a touch and made a few adjustments using the shadows/highlights tool. There's loads of detail just waiting to be released!

Edit: "Big Ben" is the name of the bell inside the tower. The tower itself is called "The Clock Tower".
