Tamworth Gatehouse 2008

By Loupix
A Re-upload of yesterdays photo, This was because I uploaded the wrong version, this one has the footsteps cloned out.

Tamworth Gatehouse is part of a Norman earthwork motte and bailey fortress , founded by Robert le Despenser. In the 12th century, Robert Marmion founded the stone castle, when he crowned the motte with an impressive polygonal shell keep and protected its entrance gateway, with a small square flanking tower.

Taken last year (2008) at 6am only had a few footprints to clone out.

Lovely image. Really like to composition and light of the street lamps. The big copyright notice is rather distracting.

This is a nice image, looks much better for the cloned out footprints and tracks.

I had a quick look through your gallery, you've got some nice work there. Why the watermark though?? This is a 82k file, honestly what do you think people are gonna do with it, print it on a stamp?

I'm giving it a vote but you should reconsider adding the watermark to everything its very distracting. Just my 2 pennies worth.

Have a good one

The reason for the watermarks on all my photos, is because a number of photos were used without my consent, and yes sadly at this resolution, this is what makes if worse, seeing one of my photos printed badly in a magazine without my consent.

Thats a shame, I can see why you'd be peed off about that, still that being said this deserves more than 4 votes.
