So there you were, lying on your back on the floor of the basilica...
I'm trying to think how many I know. St Denis, Sacré Coeur, um .....
Love the asymmetrical view of the vaulting, it winds off to the right like a gigantic insect.

525€ - only a 'standard' grade Zuiko, but it is nice and sharp, and I'm glad I waited for it instead of getting something else.

Good shot, clean as a whistle - did you lay down for the shot? and as said above the large version is worthwhile looking at.

Time to clear up a misunderstanding. I was actually standing at the time.
I know a lot of people here imagine I spend most of my life on my back, but that's merely a myth that the French perpetrate about life here Wink

However. I think that this lens would lend itself rather nicely to being placed as low to the floor as possible. The towers are 85 and 87 metres high, so the vaulting must be about half that.

Must pop back in there soon...prone not prostrate.

A great ' laying on the floor' shot Lucy. Or maybe things where just looking up that Day.
