Beautiful portrait. Very well composed and great colors of the skin and the surrounding blue. Technically it is a little soft, but I consider that this softness is what gives the image a dreamy look.

Good face and lightinto that area, I think the hand to the left is a little to dominant

I liked the composition and expression. The colours seemed a bit intense. Was it altered in photoshop?
