Christmas Cube

By LynneJoyce
Before I high tail it 2,300 miles away to avoid Christmas I thought I'd share the Christmas cards I made this year using my own photographs. I may be the biggest Christmas grinch on EPZ but at least I make some effort.

In my efforts to reduce my carbon footprint I always create my own cards and send them electronically, usually via e-mail for the recipients to print or not as they choose. I do the same with calendars (I may post screenshots of each page later) but the file is so large that I have to employ the good services of WeTransfer for that.

The opener plus V's 1 & 2 are generic, V's 4 - 8 are customised according to the recipient, V9 is the template I created for A4 paper. Anyway I hope that you enjoy at least some of them and if you want a high resolution version of the template do let me know.

Your usual inimitable creative style, Lynne, what a great idea! Love v.2. Um, 2,300 miles, thats quite a way. Not Peckham, perhaps Antarctica? Have a great time.

It's a lovely idea, very creative, and it's good to see something hand-made and personal. There isn't enough of this, and that's just one reason why I don't "do" Christmas at all. It's too commercial.

Love the concept of this wonderful and different, Christmas card, Lynne.
I also think that your efforts should be awarded so, with hardly any effort at all...
My award! Wink

Have a great break away from it all and return with lots of lovely pic's to share with us.

Beat wishes,

Great stuff here, Lynne, must have taken you hours! Reminds me of when I was much younger, we used to make paper chains from coloured paper strips with gum on the ends, much more fun making your own Christmas decorations than just buying them 😀
I do make my own calendars, but upload them to Vistaprint and have a couple printed out.

Lynne I never cease to be amazed by your creativity and only wish I could get my head round replicating your ideas. I did use to make the paper chains mentioned by Trev. Smile Have a wonderful Christmas where ever you are going..
