Come on Lyns ... it rained all week and you've slipped that sky in just to fool us all Smile

Good to have you back, and a cracking BW conversion. The sky makes the shot for me.

Hi Lyns - well the weather was not too bad last week, I hope that you had a good time in Mousehole and enjoyed our Cornish hospitality (and you did'nt eat too many pasties !)
This is a great picture, a typical Cornish sky with the strong shape of the harbour walls and the rope ring in the foreground make this very a strong image. Good to have you back.......Geoff

Thanks everybody for your lovely comments and welcome backs!!

Didn't eat too many pasties Geoff - the seagulls made sure of that - I was bombarded by three in St Ives and they landed on my head and took the pastie literally from under my nose!! Little buggers, I'd only had one bite!! LOL. Lyns x

Ah, well that's St Ives for you, not only do the gulls take your food, you've got to watch out for the sharks who nick your cash as well LOL!
Thanks for the Goldfrapp comments !

Lucky you, going to one of my favourite spots. I adore Porthleven and have spent many happy times there over the years. This is a striking shot, capturing the dramatic nature of the granite in all its strength. Great stuff.
