Half-asleep lion!

This male lion was the lazier of two brothers; his brother did all the prey catching then this one would take first place to eat! He really couldn't be bothered to open more than eye, that was the extent of his movement while we were there!

Marvellous creatures but they do spend a lot of time lying around. A great portrait of this fine animal.
