Beautiful composition Ronnie and lovely to see the Clydesdale cooling off after a hard day's work.
Great to know that this is just on your doorstep.
The wild flowers give a real feel of the meadow and a perfect environment for the horses.

The square format with the diagonal works so well, Ronnie and the reverse 'L' formed by the horses echoes the bottom right of the frame to give an excellent balance to the image.

I seen them in for a paddle once before but by the time I got to a decent spot to capture them they were out of the water grrr lovely colour saturation Ronnie and natural to boot I'm guessing a dull day to give this fine detailed and colour result, all well suited to your square crop
