Teneral Azure Damselfly

By Ade_Osman
Teneral (newly emerged) Azure Damselfly.........I think? But I won't argue if anyone disagrees with me Wink

Well The Macro season has started, which means I have unpacked the cameras (at last) and finally started to get out and about. Managed to find this specimen this afternoon at a location very close to our new house down in Devon, which looks like it might prove really promising with 24 different species of dragonflies recorded of which I personally saw 5 different species myself this morning.......So all being well come the end of the summer you'll all be bored rigidWink

Hope everyone that knows me is well and are looking forward to the summer as much as I am....

Regards......Ade

Clever pose in that it seems to be offering a mirror image shape of the leaf.

A stunning macro shot to herald your long overdue return to the site Ade. Glad to see you've settled in to your new home and are getting out and about again and exploring your new surroundings. I got the macro lens out for the first time today and spent the day at Prestbury Hill in the spring sunshine.

Great shot Ade.
Good to see you haven't lost your skills.
Did you have to put some WD40 on the camera to get it working? WinkWinkWinkWink
