Drove up to Suffolk on saturday 5th and spent a brilliant day at Minsmere RSPB.....
Was rewarded even better than last year to fantastic views of great birds....
The Bittern........ just amazing always in slow motion stealth mode....superb bird....
Taken from Island Mere Hide at this one your at ground level much better from a photo point of view......

You never cease to amaze me Mick. Are you sure you dont have these birds on retainer-- you tell them where are going and they will appear there !! Cracking shot.
