In Coming !!!

By Maiwand
White Headed Vulture.

This magnificent bird was captured during a flying demonstration at the Hawk Conservancy Trust, Weyhill nr Andover. Not everyones favourite birds but they do perform a very valuable service in the wild by eating the corpse of dead animals. This bird, of course, is a captive resident of the Trust and here he was just coming in to the handler.
Hope you will like him.

Much appreciate all the generous c/c's for the Junior Robin and particular thanks to Peter (Lex Equine) for the UA.
Apologise for just votes at present (few comments) but rather pushed for time.
Ron

Whilst not in complete disagreement with the above, i would be interested to hear as to why the +2/3 was chosen ?

Also, my better-half, who has a better eye for these things, queries the apparent cloning to the left of the image.

Superb action shot, Ron, flaps engaged and landing gear down........beautifully timed and captured in such exquisite detail.
Philhomer has better eyes than me and I did not notice what he was referring to until I read hid remarks.
