love that sky... and if the horizon looks a tad skewed it's probably down to the curvature of the earth - very pronounced in Criccieth I hear...

Even though the house does not fill the frame, it is clearly the main subject of this photograph. Its white walls contrasts with the darkness of its surroundings. Even though the house is not in the foreground, the promenade leads the viewer's eye directly to it. However, that said, perhaps, there is too much promenade in the photograph as the horizon, be it level or not, cuts the photograph i half. According to the composition police, this is a crime. But, at the time of typing, 66 voters would find you not guilty.
