Woodpecker In The Winter Sun

I feel so lucky to have been in the right place at the right time to capture this image of a Great Spotted Woodpecker. So many times I have listened to them drum on trees never seeing them, then I see them but they are just too far away. Today I was lucky, great company, great light and a Great Spotted Woodpecker!
