The Enchanted Apple Tree

By Marshmallow
The Enchanted Apple Tree

The Story - This is the pretty little apple tree which sits in the corner of our garden overlooking the Tweed Valley. One evening, when the sun was going down, the light highted the shape of the tree and captured a multitude of iridescent tiny insects flying around it. They looked like little fairies darting to and fro. The lanterns hanging from the tree then appeared to look like their little fairy houses.

When I first saw the picture on my screen and saw all the dots, I thought my screen was dirty so having spent five minutes cleaning it the dots were still there! Then I read the story. Smile
Very fairytale image and beautiful light.
