Great capture martin, might have been tempted to crop a little of the foreground out though? I'll be over there myself next month so I may have a mosey down there if time permits.

Really like this, superb atmosphere throughout, spooky Whitby at its best. Your eyes are taken through the shot upto the Abbey.

Brilliant atmosphere - really like this. Much prefer the mono to the colour version. Whitby lends itself so well to B&W. I might be tempted to ramp of the contrast a bit more - all a matter of taste.
If I participated in the user award thing - I would put a gong on this one! Steve.
