Trinity

Trin-i-ty -noun: a closely related group of three, or the state of being threefold.

I was strugling for a meaningul title for this that reflects the 3 rocks in the mininal setting, "trinity" just seems to fit, particularly "the state of being threefold".

Anyway, enough philosophical discussions about titles, time for some background information. Low tide at Hunstanton on the NW Norfolk coast provides many photo opportunities when the numerous rocks and boulders that litter the shore are exposed and left in small pools. A couple of weeks ago we timed our visit to coincide with a low tide at sunset, and this image is one of the results. Having looked at this again just before posting (as you do) I think the horizon might be one pixel off dead level, apologies in advance if you notice it!

Two stop hard ND grad used, RAW file processed in Capture One LE, local adjustments, crop & resize in PS.
