Playing Dressup

By Marty_Woodcock
At a Government House Jocko's Club event (Old Fashioned Picnic), was a photo booth where people could dress up in period costumes. This one is of my youngest daughter. She already had on a dress, but wanted to put on a dress from 100+ years ago. She has a slight smug - upperclass look to her, in this photo. I'll upload the coloured version in a few hours. After I upload it, tell me which one you like best and why. I am open to any constructive critiques and comments on this photograph.

Prefer this one. I would make the right side the same tone as the rest though.

Thanks for the modification and the suggestions. The crop reminds me of the old polaroid pictures. Very square. It just needs the white border and the thick bottom "description" border.

I burnt the right side background because it was a bit distracting to the main subject. To me, it appears (in the greyscale version), the right side is in some kind of wall-less, outside "room", and is naturally darker. It's actually a roof-covered entrance area.
