Coach Barn

By MaryLee
This was taken during July at the Inn at Shelburne Farms in Shelburne Vermont. The barn, built in 1901, was originally used as the 'coach barn' where the coaches or horse buggies were garaged , maintained and turned around. The courtyard and the stalls were amazing in their workmanship-stone work, windows etc. An era gone-by.

i tend to click on images that stand out from the page and thats what this one did.
the focus may be a little soft on the building but the colours and composition are strong enough to make up for it.
a good, well framed image.

Love the framing of this by the archway brickwork.
