Very unusual shot - love that reflection on the water, the diffused people on the boat and the plants pinsharp in the foreground. I think I might have photoshopped the upper part of the stick (?) away to balance the picture a bit better.

The stick is actually an oar, that's the oarsmen on the right. They oar these boats somewhat like the polevault motion I figure.
