Lighting Through the Storm

By MattB1987
Today is a photo from a different trip to Happisburgh, earlier on in the year. I always like this shot with the strong lead in to the Lighthouse but never got around to doing anything with it. This is one of my favourite places to photograph and what it has to offer, but I hadn't covered the lighthouse very well, so this is my attempt.

I spent a while trying to get this how I wanted but I spent a good amount of time on it until I was happy. Well thank you for taking the time to look at my photo I hope you like it but of course all comments and critique are much appreciated.

Low key, dramatic processing, Matt. The red looks good against the sky and the lead-in is very good. I like the all-round border of this, works particularly well with the dark tones of the image.

I'm always surprised to see this place still standing, considering that half of the village is on the beach now! Lovely composition with a good strong lead in.
