I love his bright little eye and the way he looks all set for off. Great bit of timing in every sense to get this and the feathers are beautifully detailed.

I thank you all so very much on my Venice and Tuscany series . I loved this very first holiday there and I doubt I'll be going there again in a hurry .
Most of all I must thank dear Louise for speaking on a subject that she must remember with saddness and happiness as it was the last holiday that she and Doug/Highlander were to spend there together . I used to look with great eagerness at the superb frost covered scenes of the Highlands that she and Doug would go and photograph every available week-end about 4-30am. None did better . Such dedication , much love Maeve xxxx
