Half Time

By Metalhead
Once the camera had acclimatised to the heat inside the butterfly house I managed to snap a few decent shots.

Here's a.... a butterfly, sucking up some orange juice. I'm afraid I haven't a clue what type of butterfly he is, or if he's a he at all! Could be a she!?

It was taken a couple of weeks ago at the Magic Of Life Butterfly House near Aberystwyth. Fantastic place, and they have a whole host of amazing butterflies and other insects and bugs. Fascinating to see, especially the Indian Moon Moth, which is the size of your hand!

I was a bit worried when the lens steamed up and the condensation built up on the front. Took about 20 minutes, and a few wipes of the lens, before it could be used. Hopefully there's no long term damage...

Thanks for looking,

Chris
