Rydal Flow

This is the magnificent stretch of river that flows through the grounds of Rydal Hall near Ambleside. You can see the wooden bridge crossing in the background.

It was actually taken October 2008. I'm just looking through some of my older snaps and having a play around with them. I took this before I bought a decent tripod, so I rested the camera on my bag on the floor. It's a 1-second exposure at f/22.

Hopefully going to Cumbria in a couple of weekends time. See what colourful scenes I can capture while I'm there...
