Studley Royal Park

By Metalhead
Finally a chance to try out my ND filters on some water!

Spent last weekend in North Yorkshire around the Malham area. Dropped in to Fountains Abbey near Ripon on the way back, and stayed there for a few hours snapping away at the Abbey.

Lots of tours happening and lots of tourists! Towards the end of the walk by the lakes is this little waterfall by the last lake and the deer park (didn't see any deer though!). Lacking my tripod, I rested the camera on the water's edge and set it to the self-timer, using my phone and various stones to get the height right!

This is the best of the bunch, and I've cloned out several cars and people from the far edge of the image, but left in the few sat on the bench so it doesn't look too isolated!

Comments welcome as always. Thanks for looking!
