Unknown make or model

hi everyone ,another one from my recent holiday in lanzarote, this fellow was stealthily moving among the volcanic rocks probing every little crevice it could find,ive never come across one of these before ,so make and model unknown,help with id of course welcomed.hope you all had a nice christmas!!!

A nice shot of a Whimbrel, striped head and shorter bill than Curlew. Hope that helps.

Nice image. I am no expert either but I think this is a Whimbrel (Numenius phaeopus) because of the presence of the stripes on the head and the clear white eyebrow. The habitat and feeding method described also fit. The Curlew is similar but usually paler with a longer bill, no head or eyebrow stripes and a sandy color. There is nothing to indicate size here but the curlew is also bigger. A
