I like both of these, Mike; the toning is appropriate in both cases. I think the viewpoint in #1 is more interesting, with the large space above the figurine emphasising the height of the model.

V1 is intriguing, the viewpoint emphasises the sinuous curves and grace. I'm not a fan of these figurines but you've lifted them to an altogether higher artistic level!
