A Burrowing Owl

Hello again...this is another from the falconry centre in Cheshire.
This was again taken with the FZ30 and once again I wonder why I spent money on an SLR and lenses.

I think it's a burrowing owl, native to Canada and South America.

I'm quite pleased with this, It was shot through wire mesh and it's straight out of the camera so the light must have been favourable to me.
I hope you like it.

Lovely capture Mike, a good close up shot and the eye contact works well.

Likewise do I make that same consideration, I simply love my FZ30 and it performs so well. Glad to find another on the same wavelength.
