I have done my normal RAW processing so boosted the contrast which brings up the colours. I think you need to revisit the islands when you get good weather with some clear sky the blues are reflected on the water and really pop without the clear patches in the sky the waters are much duller. Its something that always amazes me. Of course I also got loads of photos on this trip with dull colours and crappy weather LOL.
