Once famous?.

By mistere
Yesterday, Mrs E and I spent a very enjoyable day at the Black country Living museum.
We joined a gathering of EPZ luminaries, namely, JD (dudler), Bill and Moira (Woollybill 1 & Mrs), Keith (dark_lord),
Malc the Mod, (saltireblue) and Malc's delightful and remarkably patient (non photographer) wife.
Apologies for not being able to spell Mrs Malc's name Blush. Otherwise a much deserved name check would be included.
The whole day, organised by JD, was followed by a lovely meal and get together hosted by John and his lovely wife Janet.
For which grateful thanks to you both from Anne and Myself.
So, to the picture...This chap had his picture taken several times yesterday. I suspect that other versions
will follow. Not by me and probably in black and white SmileSmileSmile. A BPB may have been involved but I couldn't possibly say by whom Wink.

A pensive looking cove - hardly surprising as he seems to have a lot on this mind .......... (sorry - not funny - I'll get me coat Blush) A very nicely framed shot! All the best Dave, G. SmileSmileSmile

Stunning sculpture, Dave.
Excellent detail & tones & textures.
Wonder why his fame has diminished...

Thank you, Dave, for your excellent company yesterday, and an extra special thanks for bringing your lovely wife along for the day. Unlike you and mrs. salty, I can pronounce her name, so make sure you say a big 'Hi!' to Anne. FYI , mrs. salty is Bodil - pronounced Bo (as in Bo Diddelly) and Dill, (as in the herb).
As for your subject, he looks as id he's just had to listen to one of your jokes. Wink
Just kidding...

He may well have a stone face but he is certainly not stony-faced, as your Version proves. Probably rather a charmer in his youth.
I second Malc's thanks and extra special thanks. A wonderful day all round. I could have talked for hours (and probably did BlushBlushBlush) and hope we can look forward to more get-togethers in the future.

I can only say that it's hard work posing for a large group of photographers...

Especially if - like this chap - you're not getting paid!
