Magnificent detail on the leaf but unfortunately the bark is a bit over-exposed at the top. My suggestion would be to crop the photo almost to the top of the leaf at the top. The tones and contrasts that are left are wonderfully balanced and interesting if you do that.

I want to say again about how wonderful the detail is in the leaf - actually almost a wonderful image just by itself but I think it does need some contrasting textures like you have here to really fully appreciate it.

Great textures, and I like the composition. The bit of something in the bottom right corner distracts a little. I agree about the pale bit on the bark at the top. Lovely image.
