Thanks for the kind words folks, and thanks also for the HC - very much appreciated! Smile

Why is it pinky and purple? Cos that's what colour the twilight sky was! This was a good 20 minutes or so after sunset. The cause of the sky colour I don't know - particles in the atmosphere? I'm no meteorologist! Wink

    Thanks for the comments.

Lovely shot of this spot. Like Doug, I was going to query the "quick retreat to the pub" comment - nearest pub is in Broadford isn't it??? Smile

  • The Windmill

Excellent foreground, and the central placement of the 'mill works very well.

  • A night with Jorge Drexler

Very creative use of light, and the presence of the swirling smoke adds to the whole mood nicely.

  • LOL, haven't quite emigrated!! Not yet anyway!! OM is still as nuts as ever - I don't go on much these days due to the bickering and arguing. Anyway, well done again on the photos - top class work!
  • Neil, my old friend. Your portfolio is extremely good - your recent work over the last few months is superb!

    Well done indeed!
