Nicely done. I want to crop just to place the dancer off-centre, to the left, with arms pointing into the frame. Central placement 'blocks' the viewer's access, off-centre invites us in... Plus, the little group of background figures on the right is more interesting than the men on the left with their backs to us... I'll leaver one man on the left, that will place the dancer on the third, which I think will work here.

Good to see you around again,

A nice shot. Perhaps a portrait orientation was not possible?

Im surprised that there's nobody I can see in the crowd that's paying any attention to the dancer.

Quick mod, added a little height.

It needs a left hand crop close up to the figure. The central placement doesn't work. Unfortunately the crowd is also a bit distracting, especially the lady in yellow.

Having said that, it is a good record of an instant, but there are compositional issues.

Thanks for the comments and mod....

The lady in yellow dress is actually video recording the dancing with a cell phone.

One more thing... All the performer are a hijra (transsexual).....

I have a photo series on this. If you like you can see it:

NB: I was busy with my fulltime profession. That’s why I was missing for some time… But I am back now.

I too considered the lady in yellow to be a distraction, until I read your description.
Looking at this again in light of that she makes a valid part of the composition, but I've selectively lightened her so it's easier to see that she's using a camera.

For me, the lady in yelliw remains a major distraction, even more when you realise what sge is doing. I would , with hindsight, consider cropping her.

Interesting to read the comments here - it never occurred to me that the lady in yellow might be a problem, she's at the heart of the composition for me! But then I am usually more interested in spectators than performers... Wink
