The tower.

By Mollycat
Last time I upload a picture of this it was raining. Now the sun is out.

My thanks for looking in yesterday, especially Jan, Ian (dales) and Ken (rambler) for your UA's.

Excellent Peter, like the framing,

There's something about this makes me think of '50s Science Fiction magazines.
It's slightly surreal, and very good.

Definitely sci-fi, just pre- Doctor Who but in colour and much sharper focus Smile
The tower has such a strong suggestion of a ballistic missile from this angle . . .
Very thoughtful composition.

This has to be the best image I've seen of the Spinnaker building. Love the strong contrasts and in particular the composition.
Being me, I would love to see a b&w conversion...Wink

I like how you've framed the top of the Spinnaker, Peter, great shot, and contrasts well against the blue sky 👍

As Peter has kindly enabled mods, I have had a quick play in SilverEfex Pro. The first two have contrast tweaked, and in the third I have added a dash of grain and a #21 tone effect.
This type of architectural photography lends itself to almost unlimited playing and experimenting in b&w.Smile
Well composed and captured Peter, colour favourite.
