St Pauls Cathedral.

By Mollycat
From the 36th floor of the ' Walky Talky ' Fenchurch St. A day spent with daughter here, the National Gallery and early dinner
at The Port House. Though I worked in London in the '60s and early '70s, this is the first visit in 45 years. Changed a tad.

My thanks for looking in and commenting on ' Its Life ', with special thanks to Ian (Rambler), Graham (Digital_Boi), Caemen,
Prabhas, Fred (BadgerFred), Fred (263) and Ray for their valued UA's.

2002 was the last visit I made... Picasso/Matisse exhibition at Tate Modern. Couldn't believe the noise levels in the West End. Was glad to get back to the peace and quiet of our Northern mud huts...

Looking like you had a great day out yesterday, Peter 😀 Excellent and different viewpoint of St Pauls here 👍 Shots from high up seem to compress the scene as though taken with a telephoto lens, even though it isn't.

Although you were in one thank goodness they haven't hidden away that glorious cathedral in a ring of skyscrapers as it is such an important landmark. Your Fujji picked up some marvelous detail through some glass Peter . Well done indeed.
I Am enjoying a visit with my daughter back home for a week on reading break from university
Cheers Walt
