Technically this photo isn't half as good as yesterdays upload, but its funny how bird photos always do better.
Thoughts on a postcard please as Epz have still got me on a ban from Private Messaging for retaliating against a member and being totally honest with regards to a critique, but there again they were part of the 'club' and still are and who I suspect can still message.
Life sucks but its not about Photography anymore its like facebook lately on here.
Might not be on here for a couple of days, as sadly Aunt Maud is in Hospital after having a fall at home due to tripping over her knitting Sad

And as for that new idea of VS Mode, what a heap of crap. How to pick a winner between a nude and a landscape. Who are they trying to kid

A lovely capture of this little owl.....Sandy
I think you have captured the owl very well Richard and that if you had used the 800 you may have lost some of the natural feel of the shot (aware that it is captive not wild!Tongue). These burrowing owls are endearing little souls and you can't fail to have a winner with them! Certainly with you on this VS mode - hope Maud gets better and doesn't drop too many stitches whilst incarceratedGrinWinkTongue. Lou

Beautifully detailed capture and composition, Richard. Love the pose, fine eyes, plumage patterning and tones. Sweet light and clean soft bg colours to die for.
