Many thanks for your views and comments on my previous upload 'OOOOOW Betty! Have you done a whoops' Further appreciation for the supportive comments, I have no doubt that Betty will take heart from them.

Another from the archive.............. I sound like a professional, which just goes to show how appearances can be deceptive.

As you may have guessed this was Bettys' ninetieth birthday, which was celebrated in Sheffield; the previous few days were spent in a Country House Hotel as requested by Betty, in Matlock and the birthday itself was completed with a very nice meal at a famously and extremely expensive Restaurant, the name of which escapes me at the moment.

Sorry, but I'm not into posh, but the meal was very nice, although I certainly didn't think it was anything too special given the price tag. I'm not a scrooge, I'm from Yorkshire and we like real value for money which has many facets one being if you can cook it as well at home then it wasn't worth the price.

Anyway, the sun is shining and I am stuck in doors working, if anyone has a cure for this disease, please send me the remedy.

If it looks better, then yes. I also rotated it a bit.

I'm with above - I don't like paying silly prices for food, but would pay more for something which gives value for money Wink
A great fun shot here Tish Grin

hello.... sorry not been around, but busy, busy.

Looks like loads of fun and you managed to get the shot (drunk or not) without too much of a shadow on the curtains at the back. Well done
