Last portrait of Yousuf, This is one that takes pride of place on our wall at home, I prefer it to the original simply because I think the shot is much better in B+W.

Very nice conversion Mo. The light in his eyes makes the shot I think.
yes it is better than the color.........
Both shots are equally good .
I'm a sucker for kids portraits in black and white, they always seem to emphasise the eyes. This is wonderful Mo.Must look great on the wall.
Lovely shot Mo, such a cute little boy.
thank you for all your wonderful comments and good luck for 2006
well exposed and composed Mo, and looks good in B & W, but lacks the warmth of the colour image.

Let him play with his toys for a while now...

Superb as usual.
It's all been said Mo. Another wonderful image.
This is a stunner in B&W,Great stuff Mo.
And yes, the Booze stays. Can you imagine the noise a bottle of Glenmorangie would make in a shredder, or a can of beer for that matter.

A delightful portrait, Mo - congratulations on a quality capture and heartwarming keepsake ...
This is just beautiful Mo.
Missed these last two b&w uploads, they're very good, but still prefer the colour version of your lad Mo. Good work again my friend.
Think, Yousuf has already lots of girlfriends.
Perfect portrait. Superb shot.
As much as I love b/w this time the colour wins for me;.............. but after another look it's really hard to decide.
P.S. How are you doing the conversion? It looks really good on the screen.
Fantastic Mo! Your work is simply amazing. All the best to you and yours...
Thanks for all the great comments, I still prefer this B+W version, LOL

Great shot mo, possibly even better in B&W.
Actually, I think it works better in B & W. The facial tones are amazing

I love this shot! So crystal clear.
black and white version is just as effective as original.
Brilliant! Another image you can be very proud of.
Superb portrait shot Mo....Well captured....
I knew this would rate well Mo as it is such a brilliant portrait, colour or B&w it is superb, such a handsome wee man with that perfect expression of innocence. I am impressed.
Top class portrait shot Mo,good one.
Looking at the thumbnail, I thought the color one was much better. After looking at it though, I'm not so sure. Now it's hard to tell which I like better. This is also excellent in B&W.
Superb Mo .
I so loved the original ... but I do believe that the B&W has just the slightest edge ..... not much in it tho ... wonderfully done! Click*
I'm a sucker for B&W portraits, so this has my vote over the (equally as good!) colour one.
Can't choose between the two - they both work very well.
wow fantastic portrait shot
This I like very much Mo - cracker!
Beautiful detailed child portrait
