He's really a magnificent specimen. He's just over 3 years old and lives here at the Oregon Zoo with a pair of lionesses whom we're hoping he'll take more of an active interest in than he has up to this point. The whole group was zoo raised though, which creates unfortunate gaps in their knowledge of, shall we say for the sake of diplomacy, the skill set that insures proper reproductive procedure. Do drop in to our zoo if you're in the vicinity, we also have outsanding matched pairs of Amur Tigers and Amur Leopards.
