Excellent. Difficult to choose between the two versions Moira. Both equally as good.

I have been trying to figure out just why your chosen title seemed so familiar, then all of a sudden coffee #2 kicked in and it came to me. I was subconsciously thinking of the 70/80's pop group Talking Heads. However, as I recall, they all had somewhat more hair than these chaps - and their music didn't produce such expressions of discomfort.

Thanks for the UA Malc, and I like the new avatar...
I have Talking Heads lined up as a title for a totally different image...

As much as I like your original upload, Moira I find that this version says that little bit more.

Proves the point that black dust falls on white things and white dust falls on black.

He does look put out by something, I suppose I would if I were bodiless .

Hope you visited the Cafe?

I'm currently reading a book on execution methods over the centuries. This could easily have illustrated the chapters on the axe and the guillotine, especially since, in the case of the former, severed heads were often placed on spikes at city gates (and, in the case of Mary, Queen of Scots, on a windowsill) for the great unwashed to see so that they could witness that the execution had indeed taken place.

This offering removes the distracting (but well out of focus) background of the colour version. They truly are floating in space.

With the background darkened, I think this works better 👍

Unusual, graphic, and can't stop looking back and forth between these 1984-style HEADS.

Comments today are a cut above the average. Even an guillotine-cut above...

I prefer this to yesterday's, despite that one also being excellent. Great work Moira.
