How to hold a festival in lockdown

By mrswoolybill
Ryton village, just along the valley from us, has an outbreak of Neighbourhood Yarnbombing (aka Guerrilla Knitting). It's within walking distance for us so I reckon this was legit as lockdown exercise.
This is the top of the postbox. A postbox-cosy...
There's no reason why silliness should be confined to Sundays. There will be a few more uploads from this.
Thanks for looking,
Moira

Don't take yambombing too lightly! Twenty grannies with their knitting needles can strike terror into the most hardened yob...

A User Award to you for spotting these fun knittings and to the British in general for maintaining their sense of humour regardless.

What is the proverb?
"Idle hands are the devil's tools" so it is good to see that he has not got a hold in this village!

When I saw these woolly characters in the thumbnail, knew it had to be yours, Moira!! 😁 They're wonderful, a great set, lead and V1 are my faves, with the lead being the winner...just! 😃👍
