Well used luggage, Moira, but no doubt still has plenty of use in it yet. An excellent composition, focusing is perfect. Carol

Thanks Gary, that's precisely what I intended - and concentrating on in and out of focus curves.
Thanks everyone,

Curves, and diagonals all fitted into a strong square crop. Focus on that front suitcase gives us a focal point, while the oof areas give some softness to the image. It doesn't all have to be in focus in a still life - I find this approach can be more pleasing to the eye.

Good play on words in the title.

It's all been said in abundance ( you have to be quick here.....it's hard to find another superlative when you're on the bottom of the list!).
I think I might have been standing feet away when it was taken, but didn't see it. Too blinded by the red buckets ? Nice one Moira Smile

So that's where I left my luggage, Beamish Railway Station, County Durham.
I'll have to make a trunk call to the Station Master and ask him to save them for me until I return...

You've handled this close up study really well Moira, in fact so much so that you've made a strong case for receiving a site awardSmile
