Great Halls of lincoln 2

Went on a trip to lincoln quite a while back now, but the cathedral there is amazing. Had no tripod at hand so unfortunately all the pics were taken at iso 1600 so slightly grainy.

There is so much history to this building. Has been rebuilt many times and bits added on. There was a great fire in the 1100's and an earthquake. Really is a must see if you go that way.

Lovely colours. But the photo looks a little "speckly" to me - but that might be my eyes.

Still, great shot as I say.

I think the grain works on this. I usually like my shots smooth, but this works with the building. I would have been tempted to adjust the verticals a bit though.
